Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which Bespoke Electrical Training (“we”, “us”, or “our”) will offer refunds, course transfers, or credits to delegates. Our goal is to deliver fair and transparent practices for all participants while supporting our operational commitments.

2. Upfront Payments

Payment is required upfront to secure a course booking.

Course fees cover registration, course materials, and initial administrative setup.

3. Cancellation

i. If Bespoke Electrical Training cancels or reschedules a course, the delegate will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund of any payments made.

ii. We reserve the right to change the course venue and/or substitute the instructor with a suitably qualified alternative without affecting the validity of the course.

iii. Delegates may be substituted without penalty, provided we receive written notice prior to the course start date.

4. Cancellation Fees

i. External Examinations: Once a delegate has been registered for an external exam, substitutions are not permitted and exam fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

ii. If a delegate or employer chooses to cancel a booking after confirmation:

They must notify us immediately by phone.

We reserve the right to retain any fees paid.

A cancellation charge will be applied to any outstanding balance based on the following schedule:

Notice Period Before Start Date

Refund / Fee

4 weeks or more

£75.00 + VAT (registration fee) and £25.00 + VAT (admin fee)

Between 2–4 weeks

50% refund of course fees (excluding deposit)

Less than 2 weeks

No refund – course fees are non-transferable and forfeited

iii. Requests to transfer to a different course date will incur a transfer fee of £75.00 + VAT, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Plans

Delegates on monthly payment plans are still subject to the above refund rules.

Cancelling a payment plan or failing to attend does not waive liability for the full course fee unless eligible for a refund per this policy.

Refunds will only apply to the amount paid, not to the full payment plan balance.

6. Rescheduling Requests

Delegates may request to reschedule their course in writing at least 14 days prior to the start date.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of illness, bereavement, or other serious personal matters, we may consider refund or transfer requests at our discretion.

Supporting documentation (e.g., medical note) may be required.

9. Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 working days of confirmation. Refunds will be made via the original payment method wherever possible.
