The LCL Awards celebrate the best training centres across the building services sector, with categories covering gas, electrical, green skills, inclusivity and innovation. Winning the Electrical Centre of the Year title once was a huge honour. Doing it again, against strong competition from bigger, longer established providers, means even more.
Founder Don Cross said the team’s focus has never wavered: “Winning last year gave us the drive to keep improving. We looked at every part of what we do, from how we structure our courses to the support we give learners after they qualify, and we pushed to make it better. To be recognised again by the judges is proof that our approach works, and it means everything to a small team like ours.”

Bespoke Electrical Training was launched in 2020 with a simple aim: deliver electrical training that actually prepares people for real work, without the overcrowded classrooms and rushed teaching that so many electricians complain about elsewhere.
